Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to love Bettr. Daily Fiber. If it is not for you, email us at feelbettr.co@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund it, even if you have opened it. You do not need to send the product back.

The money-back guarantee applies once per customer, to your first order of Bettr. Daily Fiber (one-time purchase or first subscription order). Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Shipping fees on one-time orders are not refundable.

Subscriptions

If you are a subscriber and want a refund under the guarantee, we will also cancel your subscription so you are not charged again. Later subscription renewals are not covered by the guarantee, but you can skip, pause or cancel before any renewal. See our Purchase options cancellation policy.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or an item is missing or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a refund, at no cost to you.

How to request a refund

Email feelbettr.co@gmail.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We will reply within 2 business days.
