Cancellation policy

Subscribe & Save: auto-renewal and cancellation

When you choose Subscribe & Save for Bettr. Daily Fiber, your subscription renews automatically every month. On each renewal date we charge the subscription price shown at checkout (plus any applicable taxes) to the payment method you saved, and ship your next order. Your subscription continues until you cancel it.

Skip, pause or cancel any time

There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. You can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account at feelbettr.co/account and choosing Manage subscription, or by emailing us at feelbettr.co@gmail.com.

When changes take effect

To avoid being charged for your next delivery, skip, pause or cancel before your next billing date, which is shown in your account. If a renewal has already been charged, your change will apply from the following billing cycle.

Orders already charged

Orders that have already been charged and shipped cannot be cancelled, but they are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund policy for details.

Price changes

If the price of your subscription ever changes, we will email you before your next renewal so you can decide whether to continue.
